Walking around the complex gives me a sense of comfort with all the greenery and well maintained spaces. It's convenient having a variety of shops just a short stroll away, plus hospitals and schools that cater to our family's needs. One small issue I've noticed is that sometimes the noise from traffic can be a bit much during peak hours. However, my daily commute is smooth thanks to good road access right outside our gate. Kakkanad has decent infrastructure, with wide roads making travel easy for everyone. Nearby schools are quite popular among families in the area, so we feel secure about our kids' education here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Big windows are a plus, but the flat feels stuffy most of the time. When the noise from outside kicks in, especially during rush hours, it's hard to focus or relax inside. Airflow just isn't what I expected for a space this size, which has made living here less comfortable than I'd hoped.

Security at the gate leaves much to be desired. There have been a few instances where the guards seemed distracted, which is concerning for families here. Daily commute can be a hassle too, especially during peak hours, traffic around Kakkanad often stretches my patience.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Feeling comfortable here in Kakkanad, especially because of how close we are to the main road and the metro gate. The power backup is reliable, which gives peace of mind during unexpected outages, although I wish water supply could be a bit more consistent at times. There's a good hospital just around the corner and plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance for everyday needs. It really makes life easier when everything we need is so accessible.
