The corridors and common areas are pretty clean, which I liked. Balcony space is good too, feels nice to sit outside in the evening. Could improve a bit on finishing inside the flat, but overall it’s comfortable.

Security guards are polite and always alert, which makes me feel safe. Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but overall the place feels comfortable to live in. Safe and comfy

Really liked how clean the common areas were, felt safe and wellmaintained. The flat finishing is good but a bit more attention to kitchen fittings would make it perfect. Nice place.

The place feels quite peaceful most of the time, which I liked a lot after busy days. The lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours, so sometimes we waited longer than expected. Kids seemed happy playing around in the small open area nearby, so that was nice for families. Overall, it’s a calm spot to relax and not too crowded. Would be better if lift service was a little quicker though.

Water supply has been steady so far, which is a relief. Overall, it’s comfortable for daily living. Would be better if the elevator speed was a little faster.

The flat looks nice and spacious, but some of the finishing felt a bit rushed when we moved in. The area is mostly calm, though occasional noise from nearby traffic can be a little distracting in the evenings. Overall, it’s comfortable enough for daily living.
