Valmark Orchard Square is a popular development in this area. 2 and 3 bedroom flats are more spacious and comfortable, and they come with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy the great outdoors.

The property are well ventilated. I really like the design and architecture. However, I believe the price is a little high. but normally it's good and It comes highly recommended.
