Walking through the corridors and common areas, it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into their maintenance. The construction finish in my flat feels solid and well crafted, making it easy to settle in. One small complaint would be that sometimes I notice minor wear on some surfaces that could use attention, but overall my experience here has been really satisfying.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Security at the gate feels inadequate and often leaves us uneasy about safety, especially with so many options around that offer better setups. Considering the price we pay for this place in Karanje, I expected a lot more assurance on that front.

Water supply issues are becoming increasingly frustrating. Frequent disruptions make it challenging to manage daily routines, especially with kids at home. While the commute is fairly manageable from the gate, it's disappointing that basic utilities aren't as reliable as expected. For a place marketed as family friendly, these concerns feel like major oversights.

Noise levels here are surprisingly low, which makes evenings at home much more relaxing. Power backup has been reliable so far, we've hardly noticed any outages, and that's a huge relief during the summer months. Water supply also comes consistently throughout the day, which is often a concern in many places. If there's one thing I'd like to see improved, it's the maintenance response time, sometimes it takes a while for them to address smaller issues.

Easy access to the main road and metro makes commuting a breeze. Maintenance staff are responsive and handle any issues promptly, which really adds to the peace of mind. Just wish there were more options for local shopping nearby, but that's a minor concern in an otherwise great place to live.

Sunlight floods the rooms throughout the day, making everything feel warm and inviting. The air circulation is fantastic too, which keeps the space feeling fresh even during warmer months. Maintenance of the building has been quite good overall, however, I've noticed that sometimes the lift can take a bit longer than expected during peak hours.

Coming home to Unity Vishwa feels comforting, especially with friendly neighbours who often gather for small chats and celebrations. Inside the flat, it's pleasantly quiet which makes unwinding after a hectic day much easier, however, sometimes I wish the lifts were a bit faster during peak hours. Karanje has really developed over the years, with parks and green spaces that are perfect for evening strolls or letting kids play safely. It's nice to see a blend of modern amenities alongside such a settled community atmosphere.

Power backup is reliable here, which has made a noticeable difference during those hot summer days. Water supply is consistent too, so daily chores are less of a hassle. If there's one thing I'd mention as a minor concern, it's the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's nothing that disrupts daily life too much. Karanje has been great for our family's needs, there are supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away for quick errands. Plus, hospitals and clinics are conveniently close by in case of any emergencies.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.
