Amenities like the gym and pool are decent, but there's a definite lack of ventilation in my flat. Even with windows open, it feels stuffy at times. The place could use better airflow to make it comfortable, especially when trying to unwind after a long day.

Waking up to the sound of birds instead of traffic has been a pleasant surprise here. Inside the flat, it feels peaceful, which is refreshing given how busy life can get. There's one minor complaint about some occasional construction noise from nearby, but overall it's really manageable and doesn't disrupt daily life. Chottanikkara has its perks too with good schools just around the corner that many families rely on. Plus, walking around in the evenings feels safe, making it great for families like ours.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

A short walk to the main road and the metro gate makes daily commutes a breeze, which is such a relief with my busy schedule. One minor issue is that maintenance could be a little faster sometimes, but overall I'm very satisfied here. Chottanikkara feels really safe at night, so taking evening walks isn't a worry. The roads are well maintained too, which adds to the convenience of getting around town easily.

Noticing the solid construction finish and attention to detail in our flat made settling in quite enjoyable. The security setup at the gate gives us peace of mind, though I wish the entry process could be a touch quicker during peak hours. Chottanikkara is pretty convenient too, there are plenty of supermarkets and local kirana stores just a short walk away, making grocery runs easy. We also have some good restaurants and food joints nearby that cater to different cravings, which has been great for family outings.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
