Balconies are nice and get good sunlight, but the elevator takes too long during peak hours. Otherwise, the open spaces make it feel less crowded. Could be better with faster lifts. Lift wait annoying

Nice place to stay, peaceful and not too crowded. Shops and market are nearby, so it’s easy for daily needs. Sometimes water supply is a bit irregular, but overall it’s manageable. I felt comfortable living here and the area seems safe for families. Would be better if power backup was more consistent during evenings.
