Every morning feels refreshing with the steady water supply, it's something I truly appreciate, especially during the peak hours when demand usually spikes. Power backup works flawlessly, so no worries about outages disrupting daily routines. Inside our flat, it's pleasantly quiet and we hardly hear any noise from outside, making evenings relaxing after a long day. Only small concern is that sometimes maintenance response can take a bit longer than expected, but overall, it's been a great place to call home.

Security at the gate gives a real sense of safety, which is especially comforting in today's world. The gym and pool are decent enough for my fitness routine and family fun, making it easy to unwind after work. One small complaint would be that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, but overall we really enjoy our time here. Polupalli has been quite pleasant too, traffic isn't too bad during rush hour compared to other areas I've lived in. Property values seem to be steadily appreciating here, so it's nice to feel like we're investing wisely for the future.

A noticeable issue is the lack of adequate public transport options around here. While it's close to the main road, waiting for buses can be frustrating. Comparing prices with other places in Krishnagri, I expected better value for what we're getting at Unee Nagar.

Bright morning sunlight streaming into the living room is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lack of ventilation in the bedrooms. The flat feels cramped sometimes, especially compared to other options we considered in Polupalli. For the price we're paying here, I expected better airflow and space. In terms of locality, there are a few good eateries nearby that keep us from cooking every night, and there's a small park where kids can play or families can unwind on weekends. It's not too far from Krishnagri's bigger parks either, they have some decent greenery which helps break the concrete monotony.
