Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Natural light fills the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The airy design combined with large windows keeps things fresh and bright throughout the day. Neighbours are friendly, fostering a wonderful sense of community that makes this place feel like home. My only small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's manageable compared to all the positives here.

Seeing the gym and pool well maintained has made staying active much easier, and the security at the gate gives a real sense of safety for my family. Just wish the pool area had longer hours, it can get crowded in the evenings. Sarjapur has some fantastic restaurants nearby, so weekend dinners are always a treat. The streets feel quite safe even late at night, which adds to the overall comfort of living here.

Natural light fills the rooms throughout the day, and the fresh air flow is a real plus in this flat. Power backup has been reliable so far, and we never seem to run out of water. My only small complaint would be that sometimes it takes a while for maintenance requests to get addressed, but overall we've been very happy here. Sarjapur is quite convenient, it's easy to find an auto or cab when needed, which makes commuting simple. There are also hospitals and clinics nearby, so healthcare isn't too far away if something comes up.

Noticing the well maintained corridors and common areas really adds to the overall experience here. Access to nearby shops, hospitals, and schools makes life a lot easier for our family, especially during busy weekdays. One minor issue has been occasional delays in maintenance responses, but that's quite manageable given everything else is going smoothly.

Such a warm community here with friendly neighbours who genuinely care for one another, plus the gym and pool are fantastic spots to unwind after a long day. My only complaint is that sometimes the maintenance could be a touch quicker on minor issues. Water supply is consistent, and electricity rarely falters in this area, making life easier. There's not much noise from the roads either, so it feels quite peaceful despite being in Sarjapur.

Shops and hospitals are conveniently close, which makes managing daily errands much easier. Schools in the area have good reputations, so my kids are settling in well. One small issue is that the upkeep of corridors could use a little more attention, but overall I'm quite satisfied here.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
