Common areas are pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. The traffic nearby can be a bit heavy during peak hours, but overall it’s manageable. Shops and essentials are close, so daily needs are easy to handle. Pretty good place

Kids love the small play area here, so that’s a big plus for us. The society feels quite safe even when coming home late at night, which gives peace of mind. Sometimes the community events could be a bit more frequent, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live. Neighborhood is calm and friendly, so we enjoy our evenings here.

Water supply was mostly steady, which made daily life easy. The area felt safe even late at night, so no worries coming back alone. A bit more parking space would have been nice though.

The apartment is generally good, but I noticed some small cracks near the window frames which was a bit disappointing. Commute to my office is okay, though traffic can get heavy during peak hours. Security feels decent, so coming back late at night doesn't worry me much. Overall, a comfortable place but could have been better with finishing quality.
