Just steps away from the main road and a short walk to the metro gate, commuting is really convenient here. The building is generally well maintained, though I wish the lift was in better condition as it sometimes feels a little slow during peak hours. Overall, very happy with our choice at Tigon Earth, it's been great for our family!

Long waits for maintenance issues have been frustrating, as the staff doesn't always respond promptly. Commuting from here is not too bad, but a little more attention to resident complaints would certainly help. Ghatkopar has some decent parks nearby where kids can play and it's fairly easy to catch an auto or cab when needed, which is a plus.

Walking into my flat, the first thing that strikes me is how fresh everything feels. The air circulation is quite good, which I appreciate, especially after a long workday. There are plenty of shops nearby for daily needs and schools that make it convenient for my kids. My only small complaint would be the occasional noise from construction in the vicinity, but honestly, it's manageable. The locality has its quirks too traffic can get a bit congested during peak hours, so planning ahead helps. At night, though, I feel safe walking around, there's enough activity to keep things lively without feeling overwhelming.

Water supply here is quite reliable, and the power backup has never let us down, which is a blessing in Mumbai's heat. The gym is well equipped for my morning workouts and the pool area gives us a nice place to relax on weekends. One small complaint would be that the maintenance could be a bit more prompt at times, but it hasn't been a major issue. Ghatkopar has some fantastic restaurants nearby where we can grab a quick bite or have family dinners without needing to travel far. Plus, hailing an auto or cab from here is really easy, it makes commuting much smoother on busy days.
