Common areas are generally clean and wellmaintained, which makes coming home nice. Power backup works fine most of the time, but water supply could be a bit more consistent. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Clubhouse is nice and gets some good use on weekends, though parking can be a bit tricky during evenings. Overall, the flat feels solid and wellbuilt, just wish there were more street lights nearby.

Nice place to stay, peaceful and neighbors are friendly. The security guards are helpful and always alert, which makes me feel safe. Traffic is usually manageable during office hours, so commuting isn’t too stressful. Maybe they could improve the parking space a bit, but overall it’s a good experience.

Nice place to stay, especially if you have kids. The play area kept my little ones busy and happy while I got some time to relax. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hours, so plan accordingly. The flat’s finishing is quite good, feels sturdy and well done. Lift was a bit slow during peak hours, but otherwise everything was fine. Kids enjoyed the small play area nearby, which was nice to see.
