Having reliable water supply and power backup has made life so much easier for my family in Miraj, Sangli. Neighbours here genuinely look out for each other, which creates a lovely sense of community that we really cherish. Just wish the lift was a bit faster during peak hours, but that's a minor issue compared to everything else we enjoy.

Common areas here could use a serious refresh. The corridors often look neglected, and it's frustrating given the potential this place has. Also, the gym equipment is outdated and not always functional, which doesn't help when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. On the plus side, Miraj feels well developed with plenty of amenities around. Water supply is reliable here, and electricity issues are rare, so at least that part offers some peace of mind.

Sunlight streams in throughout the day, making the flat feel bright and cheerful, while the good air circulation keeps it fresh. Compared to other options around Miraj, Thakur Samarth Regency offers great value for families, although noise from nearby roads can be a minor annoyance at times.

Neighbourhood gatherings do foster a sense of community, and it's great to see families engaging with one another. On the downside, there are times when the flat feels quite stuffy due to poor ventilation. Despite the friendly atmosphere, this issue can be frustrating during warmer months.

Maintenance staff often take longer to respond to complaints than promised, which can be frustrating when issues arise. Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Close proximity to the main road and metro gate is definitely a convenience, making commuting easier. However, the upkeep of corridors and common areas leaves much to be desired, they often feel neglected and unkempt. As a homeowner, that's disappointing because it impacts how inviting the place feels for visitors and residents alike.
