Beautiful flat close to Electronic City. Ideal for those who work in Electronic City and Bommasandra. As my friends reside in Svamitva Emerald Square, I frequently visit this location. I've participated in their celebrations and activities, and everyone there is friendly.

The project is fantastic, has excellent amenities, and is well situated. The Svamitva team was very helpful and the registration and handover were finished on schedule.

Had overall good experience from Svamitva and Team. Team was available to assist whenever required. Construction and overall handover is slightly delayed but the team is making all effort to complete the project and handover.
