Gym and pool facilities have seen better days, maintenance is lacking, which is disappointing given the overall promise of the project. Corridors and common areas could definitely use more attention to keep them looking presentable. Malkapuram offers decent road quality, but some stretches could use a bit of work. The streets feel reasonably safe at night, which adds peace of mind for evening walks or outings.

A noticeable calm surrounds my home, making evenings feel more relaxing after a busy day. Inside the flat, outside noise hardly intrudes, which is such a relief considering how hectic life can be. One small downside has been the occasional maintenance delay, but overall we've settled in nicely. Malkapuram feels really convenient with good metro access close by, plus there are several well regarded schools nearby that many families rely on. It's nice knowing that everything we need is just a short distance away.

Close proximity to the main road and metro makes commuting relatively easy, along with shops, hospitals, and schools nearby. However, noise from traffic can be quite bothersome at all hours, which affects the overall living experience.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Noticing the building upkeep has been quite refreshing, especially how well the common areas are maintained. The lifts function reliably, which is essential for daily routines. Commuting from the gate to my workplace is straightforward, saving me valuable time in the mornings. If I had to mention a small downside, sometimes there's a bit of an issue with elevator waiting times during peak hours, but it's manageable overall.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Finding a place close to the main road has made my daily commute so much easier, just a short walk to the metro gate saves me time during rush hours. One small thing is that occasionally noise from the nearby shops can be distracting in the evenings, but it's not a big deal given how convenient everything else is. The area feels quite safe at night, and there's just enough distance from commercial zones to keep things peaceful at home.

Commuting from Surya Residency has been quite convenient, especially with the main road just a short distance away. The value for what we're getting compared to other options in Malkapuram is really good, it feels like a solid investment. Just wish there were more greenery around the area, but overall, it's been a pleasant experience for my family and me.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
