A lovely thing about this place is the easy access to a well equipped gym and a nice pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day at work. If there's one small complaint, it would be that the sports area could use more variety in equipment. Beltola has great supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, so picking up essentials is really simple. Plus, with metro access close by, commuting around Guwahati feels hassle free most days.

Stepping out of the gate and finding everything from shops to schools within a short walk is such a relief. Having the main road just around the corner makes commuting easy, plus there are hospitals nearby if any emergencies pop up. One small complaint would be that sometimes noise from traffic can be a little distracting during busy hours, but it's manageable. Beltola feels quite safe when walking around at night, and you really get the sense that it's an established area with friendly neighbors and well maintained surroundings. It adds to the overall comfort of living here, knowing you're in a settled community.
