Water supply here is reliable, which is a relief given how often that can be an issue in Mumbai. The gym and pool add a nice touch for leisure and fitness, it's great to have those amenities right at home. One small downside has been the occasional power cut, but the backup usually kicks in quickly so it's manageable overall.

Security at the gate gives a strong sense of safety, which is really important in a bustling area like Prabhadevi. Whenever there's been an issue, the maintenance team has been quick to respond and handle it efficiently. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that sometimes communication about scheduled maintenance can be a little unclear.

Coming home to a friendly atmosphere is one of the highlights here, neighbours often gather for festivals or casual chats in the evenings. The lift condition and building upkeep are decent, though there have been times when I wished the lifts were more reliable during peak hours. Prabhadevi feels like a well established neighbourhood with good road quality and infrastructure, it's reassuring to see regular maintenance around here, which really adds to that settled vibe. Plus, having shops and parks nearby makes daily life a breeze.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Quality of construction leaves much to be desired, with several finishing issues throughout the flat. We encountered peeling paint and uneven flooring soon after moving in, which is disappointing for the price we paid. Compared to other options in Prabhadevi, there are definitely better choices available that offer more value for money. The location is convenient, but the overall experience hasn't lived up to expectations given how competitive the market is.

Noticed the corridors and common areas have been lacking in maintenance lately. Trash sometimes piles up, making it feel neglected. The lifts are often out of service, which can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to get in or out. For a place that has potential, it's disappointing that basic upkeep doesn't seem to be a priority.

Spotless lifts and well maintained common areas make a noticeable difference in daily life here. It's comforting to know that the building management takes upkeep seriously, which adds to the overall living experience. One small issue is that sometimes the lift can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it's manageable. Prabhadevi has really been appreciating in value lately, which is a nice bonus for us as homeowners. Plus, even though it's centrally located, noise levels from nearby roads are surprisingly low, making it feel peaceful at home.
