Nice place to stay, with shops and hospital nearby which makes life easier. The common areas are mostly clean, though sometimes the lobby could use a little more attention. Overall, a comfortable experience for daily living.

The apartment feels sturdy and wellmade, which gives me peace of mind. Shops and markets are not too far, so daily things are easy to get. Would be better if the streetlights were a bit brighter at night.

Common areas are pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Sometimes water supply is a bit irregular, but overall it’s manageable. The place feels calm most of the time, so good for peaceful living.

Nice flat, but walls feel a bit thin and you can hear neighbors sometimes. Commute is okay, though traffic gets bad in peak hours. Overall, decent for the price. Pretty average

The common areas are usually clean and wellmaintained, which makes daily coming and going pleasant. Security staff are polite and helpful most of the time. Could improve a bit on the kids play area, as it feels a little small for the number of children around.

Nice place overall, but sometimes the security feels a bit lax late at night, which made me a little uneasy. The open spaces are good for evening walks, and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my family. A bit more attention to maintenance would make it much better, but it’s decent for everyday living.

Quite a peaceful place to stay, and parking is usually not a problem even in the evenings. Kids seem to enjoy playing around safely here. Would be nice if they improved lighting in some common areas though.
