Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bright spaces are certainly a plus here, but the constant noise from the main road makes it tough to enjoy peace and quiet. Being close to the metro gate is convenient for commuting, but some days it feels like living in a busy marketplace. Would appreciate better insulation against all that outside commotion.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Quality finishes in the flat really stand out, making it a comfortable place to call home. The attention to detail shows in everything from the flooring to the fixtures, creating a cozy ambiance. Only minor issue has been some noise during construction hours nearby, but that's expected with any new development. Kompally has so much to offer, there are plenty of restaurants and food joints that cater to every palate. Plus, getting around is easy with metro access just a short distance away, which makes commuting a breeze for work or outings.
