Neighbours here are quite friendly and it feels like a small community. The common areas are mostly clean, though sometimes the lobby could use a bit more attention. I enjoy the quiet evenings and overall it’s a comfortable place to live. Would be nice if there were more activities or events to bring people together.

The security guards are generally helpful, but sometimes they get a bit strict over small things which can be annoying. Water supply is mostly fine, though there were a couple of days when it was low in the evening. Overall, living here feels comfortable and the staff usually respond quickly if you raise any issues. Would be better if power backup was a bit more consistent during outages.
