Access to the main road and metro gate is really convenient, making commuting much easier for our family. The lifts could use some improvement as they've had their moments, but overall, the upkeep of Sumitra Lilawati Villa has been quite satisfactory.

Sunlight floods in through the big windows, making mornings feel bright and energizing. Airflow is great too, so even during warmer days, it stays comfortable inside. Value for money here is impressive compared to other options nearby, it's hard to find such spacious flats at this price point in Dhanaut. My only minor issue would be that sometimes the common areas could use a bit more attention, but that's not a dealbreaker for us.

Noticing the consistent upkeep of common areas here is reassuring, and the lift condition is usually quite good, though occasional delays can be frustrating during peak hours. It's been a pleasant experience overall with everything we need close by, shops and schools are within easy reach, making daily life smoother. The streets around Dhanaut feel safe even at night, and there are some really nice food joints nearby that offer a variety of options for our family dinners.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Walking through the corridors and common areas, it's clear that maintenance is taken seriously here. The value we get for the price is fantastic compared to other options in the area, making it a smart choice for our family. One small issue has been occasional delays with repairs, but it's manageable given all the positives. Dhanaut has a nice settled feel to it, everything from shops to schools is conveniently close by. Plus, there are some lovely parks nearby where kids can play and families can relax on weekends.

Frustration comes from the construction finish of my flat, where some fittings just don't feel right. The quality could have been much better, it feels like corners were cut during installation. Dhanaut has its perks with several parks nearby, making it nice for evening walks or weekends with family. Property appreciation here seems steady as new developments keep popping up in the area, so that's a positive to consider for the future.
