Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Corridors often look neglected, and it's disappointing considering the expectations set by other projects in the area. While the apartments are decent, I find that the upkeep of common areas falls short and doesn't quite justify the cost. Alternatives nearby offer better value for money when it comes to maintenance and overall ambiance.

Water supply issues have been a real headache here. There are days when the pressure is so low that it feels like we're rationing water, and it's disappointing given the premium we pay for this place. Power backup is decent most of the time, but during long outages, you definitely notice its limitations. Kharghar itself has its perks. Finding an auto or cab is generally easy around here, and there are a few hospitals and clinics nearby which is reassuring for my family.

Community interactions have been pleasant, with many neighbors being friendly and helpful. The gym and sports facilities are decent, but I've noticed they can get overcrowded during peak hours, making it hard to find space for a proper workout. Management could really improve the maintenance of these shared areas, some equipment has been out of order for too long.

Every day here feels like a small celebration of community, with friendly neighbours who look out for one another. Water supply has been quite reliable, which is a big plus in this city, and power backup gives us peace of mind during the occasional outage. If I had to point out one minor issue, it's that the lifts can get crowded during rush hours. Kharghar really gives off a settled vibe, with parks and shops all around that make life comfortable. Schools nearby are well regarded and cater to many families in the area, so it's nice knowing our kids have good options close to home.

Noticing the consistent upkeep of the lifts and the overall building has made daily life much easier here. The security setup at the gate gives me peace of mind, which is something I really appreciate as a working professional. If I had to mention a small complaint, it's that sometimes there are brief wait times for the lift during peak hours. Kharghar has its advantages too, with well maintained roads making commutes smooth and some good schools nearby that my kids attend regularly. Overall, it's a nice locality with everything we need close by.
