Noticing how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issues has been a relief. The building is well kept, and it feels good to see regular upkeep happening around us. Just a minor complaint about the lift sometimes being crowded during peak hours, but otherwise, I really appreciate living here in Chetla.

Walking into our flat, the airy feel makes a big difference in how comfortable we are at home. The lift is well maintained, which is such a relief considering how often we rely on it with groceries and other errands. One small complaint would be that sometimes the maintenance staff can take a little longer to respond to requests. Chetla has been a great area for us, property values seem to be appreciating steadily, making it a good investment too. Plus, there are several parks nearby where we often spend weekends enjoying some fresh air and family time.

Sunlight pours into every room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fresh air flows through the flat, making mornings especially pleasant. The water supply is consistent, which has been a relief for our busy family schedule. Power backup is reliable too, we hardly notice any interruptions. Just wish the common area could use a little more maintenance now and then, but that's really minor considering how happy we are here.

Feeling a strong sense of community among the neighbours here has made our experience quite fulfilling. The water supply is reliable, and there's solid power backup, which gives us peace of mind during those unpredictable Kolkata summers. One minor complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's manageable. Chetla has some nice parks where kids can play and families can relax, making it a great spot for weekend outings. Plus, catching an auto or cab is never a hassle, they're usually available right outside our gate whenever we need one.

Some neighbours are friendly, but overall the community feel is lacking here, which is disappointing given the promise of a close knit environment. The maintenance issues seem to pile up too quickly for my liking. Chetla has its advantages, with supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, making daily shopping easy. Plus, there are several good restaurants nearby that offer decent food options.

Chetla has really impressed me with its convenience. There are plenty of shops for everyday needs right around the corner, plus hospitals and schools that make life easier for families. Whenever I've had issues, the maintenance team responds promptly and resolves things quickly. If I have one small complaint, it would be that sometimes there's a bit of noise from nearby traffic, but overall I'm very happy here.
