Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Proximity to the main road and metro gate is a definite plus, making commuting easier. However, the community feel among neighbours lacks warmth, which can make it feel quite isolating at times.

Recently noticed how responsive the maintenance staff is when issues arise. Complaints are handled quickly, which really helps in making life here smoother. Plenty of fresh air and a great atmosphere make evenings enjoyable, however, occasionally the noise from nearby construction can be distracting during the day.

Noise from the adjacent apartments can be quite distracting, and it often takes a while for maintenance to address any complaints. While inside the flat, it's not overly noisy, but you can still hear too much of what's happening outside. Adibatla has some decent restaurants and food joints nearby, which is a plus for busy evenings. Property values here seem to be on the rise slowly but steadily, so that's encouraging for future investment.

Plenty of natural light streams into the flat, making mornings feel fresh and bright. The air circulation is really good too, it feels lively and spacious. Common areas are well maintained, which adds to a pleasant atmosphere when walking around. Just wish the elevators were a bit faster during peak hours, but that's a minor detail in an otherwise happy living experience.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

While the maintenance staff is quick to respond to complaints, their solutions seem temporary at best, and issues like cleanliness in common areas are sometimes overlooked. Overall, it feels like more attention could be given to building upkeep and ensuring that facilities function properly.
