Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Natural light floods every room in this flat, making mornings feel bright and welcoming. Fresh air flows through the windows, creating a pleasant environment throughout the day. The security setup at the gate gives a strong sense of safety which is essential for families. My only complaint would be that the elevator sometimes takes longer during peak hours, but that's a minor inconvenience given how much I enjoy living here overall.

Close proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting quite easy for daily work, which is a big plus. The water supply is reliable and having power backup means I don't have to worry during outages. One minor issue I've noticed is that noise levels can occasionally be higher than expected, especially during rush hours.

Unkempt corridors and poorly maintained lifts are becoming a regular eyesore here, which is disappointing given the location. While it's nice to have supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, I do wish the streets felt safer at night for my family.

Noticing the state of the corridors and common areas often brings disappointment. Complaints about maintenance seem to disappear into a black hole, responses are slow and sometimes non existent, which doesn't help when there's an urgent issue. While the community has potential, consistent upkeep is clearly lacking and that's frustrating for everyone living here.

Noticing the consistent upkeep of SRSD Forest Walk, especially with how maintenance handles requests, makes everyday life easier. The lifts are generally in good condition, though there are rare times when they could use some attention. Overall, a peaceful place to call home with friendly neighbors and solid support from the management team.
