Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Just a short walk from the main road and metro gate makes my daily commute hassle free. It's so convenient to hop on public transport when needed, and it really cuts down on travel time. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the noise from traffic can be a bit distracting, especially during peak hours. The locality has a couple of clinics nearby which is reassuring for quick check ups or emergencies, plus we hardly face any issues with water and electricity here. It's nice knowing these essentials are reliable while we go about our busy lives.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Morning light fills the rooms beautifully, making it such a pleasant start to the day. Commuting from Kelambakkam is convenient, I can reach my workplace without much hassle, which saves a lot of time. One minor issue would be that during peak hours, the roads can get a bit congested, but overall it's a wonderful place to call home.

Commute to my workplace feels frustrating at times due to traffic, especially during peak hours. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful which is a relief after the chaos outside. Just wish there were better options for public transport nearby, it would really make life easier.

Traffic on the main road can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours. While proximity to the metro gate is a plus for commuting, some basic amenities feel lacking compared to other places nearby. The builder's reputation didn't fully match my expectations after moving in. On another note, Kelambakkam has decent infrastructure but could use more attention for road repairs. The parks are nice and provide some much needed greenery in the area, which helps balance things out a bit.

Common areas in Srikaram Shelters are often neglected, which is quite disappointing considering the good potential of the place. While there are decent shops and a couple of schools nearby, accessibility to hospitals isn't as straightforward as I would like it to be. The streets around Kelambakkam feel relatively safe at night, and finding an auto or cab is not too difficult either. It's convenient for basic errands but could use more attention overall.
