Security setup at the gate leaves a lot to be desired. With how close we are to the main road, it feels like there should be more measures in place to ensure residents feel safe. That said, getting to the metro is straightforward and convenient, which is a plus when commuting for work or school runs. On another note, there are decent schools nearby that my kids attend, and I can't complain about water and electricity reliability here those have been pretty consistent so far.

Walking through the corridors and common areas, it's clear that upkeep is taken seriously here. The cleanliness and care give a positive impression right from the entrance, making our stay feel more inviting. One minor complaint would be that sometimes maintenance requests take a little longer than expected, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. In terms of value compared to other options in the area, I genuinely feel we've made a good choice with Sri Velli Nagar. Pallapalaiyam is quite settled now, with several parks nearby where families can unwind on weekends, it gives off a well developed vibe that makes everyday living pleasant.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Sunlight floods our flat throughout the day, making it feel really warm and inviting, while the fresh air keeps things breezy. Power backup has been reliable, but we did face a water supply issue once or twice. The locality is quite convenient with several supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, plus water and electricity services are pretty dependable here in Pallapalaiyam. It's great not having to worry about those basics when you're busy with work and family!

Noticed right away how friendly everyone is in the community, neighbours are quick to help each other out. The lift has been reliable most days, but there are times when it feels a bit slow during peak hours. Building maintenance does a commendable job keeping everything tidy and functional. It's nice to come home to such a warm atmosphere, making our stay here quite enjoyable.

Walls are already showing signs of wear and tear, which is disappointing given that we moved in not too long ago. The daily commute from the gate can be a struggle during peak hours, adding unnecessary time to my day. On a more positive note, there are supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, making grocery runs convenient. Plus, having a hospital nearby gives some peace of mind when it comes to health emergencies.

Commute times are quite manageable from here, which is essential for my daily routine. The only downside has been a bit of noise from nearby construction, but the value we get compared to other places in Erode more than makes up for it.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
