Shops and schools are fairly close, which is convenient when juggling work and family. Neighbors have been friendly, creating a nice community feel that I appreciate. However, the nearby hospital often has long waiting times for appointments, which can be frustrating during emergencies or when you need quick care.

Neighbors often comment on how peaceful it feels inside the flat, which is a relief given the hustle and bustle outside. Water supply has been reliable, with good pressure throughout the day, making daily routines smooth. Power backup kicks in seamlessly when needed, so we never face interruptions during cooking or work calls. One minor issue has been occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's not frequent enough to really disturb our daily lives.

Access to the main road and the metro gate makes commuting easy, which is a big plus. The gym and pool are well maintained, perfect for unwinding after work. Just wish the sports area had more equipment available for everyone.

Amenities like the gym and pool have really made a difference in our daily routine. It's nice to have space for the kids to play sports as well, which you don't find in many other places around here. One small downside is that sometimes the maintenance can be a bit slow, but it hasn't overshadowed our overall experience. Uppuvellur feels quite safe at night, and there's good access to metro and bus services nearby, making commuting pretty straightforward. It's reassuring knowing that we can easily get around without much hassle.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Water supply has been consistent, which is a huge relief for our family. Power backup is reliable too, so we rarely face any interruptions during those hot summer months. One small issue I've noticed is that the construction finish could have been a bit better in some areas, but overall the quality of the flat has met our expectations and we're quite content living here.

Neighbourhood gatherings are a regular affair here, and it's heartwarming to see everyone come together during festivals or even for weekend barbecues. The lift and common areas are well maintained, which speaks volumes about the management's commitment to upkeep. One thing that could use some improvement is the frequency of cleaning in the stairwells, it tends to get overlooked sometimes. Overall, I feel quite content with our little community at Sri Perumal Nagar.

Bright morning sunlight fills the rooms, and there's a wonderful breeze that flows through the flat, making it feel so inviting. Common areas are well maintained, but I do wish the corridors could be cleaned a bit more regularly. The locality is pretty peaceful with low noise levels from nearby roads, which makes it great for families. Plus, having hospitals and clinics just around the corner adds to my peace of mind.
