Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Sunlight floods through the windows every morning, making our home feel warm and inviting. Being just steps away from the main road and metro gate makes commuting a breeze, which is such a relief on hectic weekdays. Neighbors are friendly, creating a nice sense of community. Only downside has been some occasional noise from street traffic during peak hours, but it hasn't taken away from our overall satisfaction living here.

Quality of the flat leaves a lot to be desired, especially when compared to other options in the area. The construction finish feels rushed and not at all worth what we're paying. On the brighter side, there are decent hospitals and clinics nearby which gives some peace of mind, plus a few good restaurants like local favorites for quick meals or takeout when you need it. It's really convenient having those food joints close by when you're juggling work and family.

Feeling settled here has been a pleasant surprise. The daily commute is really convenient, with easy access to main roads and public transport just a short walk from our gate. Maintenance staff are quick to address any complaints, which makes life much easier, they seem genuinely invested in keeping everything running smoothly. One small issue would be the occasional delay during peak hours when elevators can get busy. Parvathipuram has its own charm too, while there's some noise from nearby commercial areas, it's manageable and doesn't disturb daily life. Supermarkets and local kirana stores within walking distance make shopping quite hassle free.

Noticing the robust security setup at the gate made me feel much more secure about my family's safety. The building is generally well maintained, and I appreciate how often common areas are looked after. Just wish the lift operated a bit more smoothly during peak hours, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Commute from the gate is really convenient, making it easy to get to work without any hassle. Walking into my flat at Sri Arcade, the quality of the construction really stood out. The finish feels solid and well thought out, making it a comfortable space for my family. I do wish there were a few more grocery options nearby since we often have to travel a bit for specialty items. Parvathipuram is quite convenient, with good schools like ABC Academy and XYZ High School just around the corner, which my kids attend regularly. There are also some nice restaurants close by, we've enjoyed trying out local favorites as well as familiar chains that are always reliable for takeout on busy days.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
