Nice place to stay with friendly neighbours, feels like a small community. The traffic can get a bit busy during peak hours, but overall it’s manageable. Would be better if there were more local shops nearby for daily needs.

Really liked how open and green the surroundings are, it feels nice to step out on the balcony with fresh air every morning. The flat’s finishing is decent, nothing too fancy but comfortable enough for daily living. Sometimes the security guards get a bit casual in the late evening, so I think they could be a little more alert. Overall, a peaceful place to stay after a busy day.

Parking is usually not a big problem here, which I found really convenient. The area feels calm most of the time, so coming back home after work is quite peaceful. The building looks clean and wellmaintained, especially the corridors and lobby. Neighbours seem friendly and it's nice to see families around, which gives a good community feel. Shops are a bit far, so having your own vehicle helps. Overall, a calm place to live with a peaceful atmosphere. Would be better if there was a small convenience store nearby.

Security guards are polite and always alert, which makes me feel safe. The flat is wellbuilt with good finishing, though a bit more natural light would be nice. Overall, a comfortable stay here. Pretty good!
