Community interactions here have been a mixed bag. Neighbours are friendly, and there's a sense of support which is nice to see. However, the water supply has been inconsistent and power backup often feels inadequate during peak hours. Balancing these issues with the community feel makes it hard to fully enjoy living in Manikonda.

Power backup here is really reliable, which gives peace of mind during those long summer days. The water supply situation could be a bit better, but overall it's great value compared to other places around. Manikonda has some lovely restaurants and food joints nearby, plus access to the metro makes commuting easy for work or outings.

Management needs to address the maintenance of the gym and pool. Both areas feel neglected, which is disappointing for a residential complex in this price range. Compared to other options nearby, I expected more from SR The Aura regarding facilities. While there are several good restaurants and shops around, the amenities within the project could definitely be better maintained to justify the cost.

Shops and hospitals are just a stone's throw away, making life really convenient for my family. Schools in the vicinity have been great for our kids, so we feel secure knowing they're getting quality education. What really stands out is the value we get here compared to other areas, it feels like we made a smart choice. Just wish the maintenance response could be a bit quicker, but that's a minor thing considering all the positives.

Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, which is disappointing given the expectations when moving into a new place. Security at the gate seems insufficient too, sometimes there's no one checking who comes in, making me uneasy about safety. Manikonda has its advantages, with property values steadily increasing as more families settle here. Plus, several reputable schools nearby have been a big draw for us and our neighbors.

Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained gives a sense of pride in living here. The security setup at the gate is quite reassuring, making it easy to feel safe at home. If there's anything to improve, it would be the frequency of cleaning in some less trafficked spots, but overall, very satisfied with this place.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Complaints take forever to get resolved, and it feels like no one takes them seriously. The location is decent since it's close to the main road and the metro gate, but that doesn't make up for the maintenance issues we face. Supermarkets and kirana stores are just a short walk away, which is a plus, and property values seem to be increasing slowly in this area.

Cracks in the walls and uneven flooring are hard to ignore, especially when you're paying a premium. Neighbourhood interactions feel pleasant, it's nice to have friendly faces around and everyone is quite approachable. However, despite the community spirit, I expected better quality from SR Infra. Manikonda has decent parks nearby where kids can play and there are some good walking paths, but honestly, the road conditions could use more attention. It feels like they just don't prioritize infrastructure upkeep as much as they should here.

Property feels a bit overpriced compared to others in Manikonda, especially given that the metro station isn't very close. While it's near the main road, the noise can be quite distracting at times.
