Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Bright mornings are one of my favorite things about this place. With large windows allowing plenty of sunlight and a good flow of air, it feels open and refreshing. Power backup is reliable, which is crucial when working from home, but I do wish the water supply could be more consistent during peak hours. GIFT City offers excellent access to medical facilities like nearby clinics and hospitals, so healthcare worries are minimal. Plus, there are several parks around where the kids can play and we can take evening walks definitely a bonus for family time!

Warm conversations with neighbours make this place feel like home, and it's nice to see everyone come together for festivals and functions. Quality finishes in the flat show that a lot of thought was put into the design, which we appreciate every day. Just wish the elevators were a bit faster during peak hours, sometimes it can be a wait.

Water supply is consistently reliable here, which makes daily routines much easier. The gym and pool facilities are quite nice, providing a great way to unwind after work. Just wish the power backup was a little quicker during outages, there are times when it takes longer than expected to kick in. GIFT City has its own unique charm, but peak hour traffic can get a bit congested, so planning is essential if you need to be somewhere on time. On the bright side, property values seem to be appreciating steadily in this area, which gives me confidence about my investment here.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Security at the gate often feels lacking, with not enough personnel during peak hours which makes me a bit uneasy. Commuting can be frustrating too, especially when traffic picks up, it takes longer than expected to reach main roads. It's hard to shake off that feeling of vulnerability when heading out or coming home after a long day.
