I absolutely love the spacious and well-designed apartment! The balconies are perfect for enjoying Bangalore evenings, and the modern fittings are a bonus.The use of natural light in the apartments is fantastic. It creates a bright and airy feel to the living space.

The location in Jakkur is fantastic. It's close to everything I need, yet still feels peaceful. The small number of units 34 creates a real sense of community. Knowing neighbors and having a more intimate feel to the complex is nice.

The Sobha team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were patient with my questions and made everything very smooth. Having a gym and other amenities within the complex is a great convenience. It allows me to stay active without having to travel far.

With only 34 units, there isn't a lot of variety in terms of apartment layouts. I would have liked to see a few more options to choose from.
