Balconies here get nice sunlight in the mornings, which I really enjoyed. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but overall it’s a peaceful place to stay. Good spot!

The flat’s finishing is quite good, feels solid and neat inside. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer but not a big issue overall. Enjoyed the calm around the building. Pretty decent.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels like a closeknit community. Rent is a bit on the higher side but worth it for the peaceful environment. Would be nice if they added some more regular events to mingle. Good community vibe

Nice to come back here in the evening, feels quite safe and peaceful. The balconies get good sunlight, which I really enjoy in the morning. Would be better if there were a few more plants around to add some green.

The flat is nicely built and feels solid, which I really liked. The community events in the clubhouse helped me meet neighbours easily, making it a friendly place to stay. Shops and daily needs are not too far, so that’s convenient. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow during peak hours, but overall it’s comfortable living here.

The place feels pretty calm and has good open spaces for kids to run around safely. I liked spending time on the balcony in the evenings, watching the greenery outside. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during weekends, but overall it’s a nice spot to relax after work. Would be great if they add some more shaded areas for outdoor sitting.

Really liked the open spaces here, feels nice to step out on the balcony in the morning with fresh air. The security staff are quite polite and always ready to help, which makes me feel safe. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded near the clubhouse during weekends, but overall it’s a calm and comfortable place to live. Would be great if they added more seating areas around the garden.
