Shops and schools nearby make daily errands a little easier, but the lack of promptness from maintenance staff has been frustrating. There have been multiple instances where requests for minor repairs took ages to get addressed, which shouldn't happen in a well managed place. While healthcare facilities are accessible, the overall experience is marred by this ongoing issue with service response times.

Facilities like the gym and pool could really use some better maintenance. The gym equipment often seems outdated, which is disappointing given how important fitness is to many of us. On top of that, the lift frequently has issues, it's frustrating when you're trying to get home after a long day.

Charming mornings here make every day feel pleasant, with ample ventilation keeping things fresh. Power backup has been reliable, and water supply is consistent, which definitely adds to the comfort of daily living. Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Staying active has been easy with the gym and pool right here, it's a nice bonus after long workdays. The maintenance staff is responsive, though I sometimes wish they could resolve issues a bit quicker. Pathardi Phata offers a good balance of quiet and accessibility, traffic noise isn't bothersome at all, plus there are decent schools nearby that my kids go to regularly. It's comforting knowing everything we need is just around the corner.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Strolling around the neighborhood reveals a variety of shops and eateries, making everyday errands quite easy. Schools are within a stone's throw, which has been ideal for my kids' commutes. The nearby hospital gives me peace of mind knowing that healthcare is accessible if needed. One small concern is the occasional fluctuation in water pressure during peak hours, but it's manageable.

Lift condition has been disappointing lately, often malfunctioning which adds unnecessary stress to daily routines. The community feel among neighbours is nice, but it would be great if the building maintenance matched that sense of togetherness. Property values in Pathardi Phata seem to be climbing steadily, but traffic can get quite congested during peak hours, making commutes frustrating at times.

A well equipped gym and a lovely pool make staying active quite enjoyable here. The sports area is perfect for the kids to play, and there's always something happening on weekends with friendly neighbors around. Just wish the Wi Fi speed was a little faster sometimes, but it's manageable overall. Pathardi Phata has plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping easy. Plus, good schools nearby ensure that my children have great education options without having to travel far.
