Kids play area is nice and safe, my little one enjoyed a lot. But sometimes the clubhouse gets too crowded, making it less relaxing. Overall, decent place for families. Pretty calm spot

Common areas are mostly clean and wellmaintained, which makes it nice to walk around. Power backup works fine, so no worries during outages. It would be better if the kids' play area was a bit bigger though.

Parking is usually not a problem here, which is nice when you come back late from office. The neighborhood feels calm and I like how easy it is to get to nearby IT parks without much traffic. Would be better if there were more weekend community events though.

Nice and clean inside, the flat feels wellmade. Kids enjoyed the small play area, but it could use a bit more shade. Overall, a comfortable stay for our family. Good experience

Nice open spaces around, so feels good to take a walk in the evening. Security guards are polite and helpful, which makes me feel safe here. Could improve a bit on keeping common areas cleaner though.

The flat is quite spacious and the finishing inside feels good for the price. Power backup works well most of the time, which is a relief during evening hours. Security guards are friendly and always alert, so I felt safe here. Sometimes water pressure drops a bit, but overall it’s manageable. Nice place to stay if you want peace without too much noise around.
