Parking is usually not a problem here, which is nice when you come back late from office. The neighborhood feels calm and I like how easy it is to get to nearby IT parks without much traffic. Would be better if there were more weekend community events though.

Nice place to stay, and the kids really enjoyed the small play area nearby. The flat’s finishing is decent, though a bit more attention to plumbing would make it better. Overall, comfortable for daily living and easy commute.

The place feels quite safe even when I come back late at night, which is nice. I also liked the open spaces around; it gives some fresh air to breathe. Maybe they could keep the common areas a bit cleaner though.

Kids play area is nice and safe, my little one enjoyed a lot. But sometimes the clubhouse gets too crowded, making it less relaxing. Overall, decent place for families. Pretty calm spot

Common areas are mostly clean and wellmaintained, which makes it nice to walk around. Power backup works fine, so no worries during outages. It would be better if the kids' play area was a bit bigger though.

The flat is quite spacious and the finishing inside feels good for the price. Power backup works well most of the time, which is a relief during evening hours. Security guards are friendly and always alert, so I felt safe here. Sometimes water pressure drops a bit, but overall it’s manageable. Nice place to stay if you want peace without too much noise around.
