Lift reliability has been a real challenge lately, often leaving residents waiting much longer than expected. Building upkeep doesn't seem to be a priority either, which is disappointing given the premium we pay here. With so many newer options popping up in Surat, value for money feels questionable at times.

Only small hiccup has been occasional delays with garbage collection during festive seasons, but overall the experience here is really satisfying compared to other options I've seen in Palsana.

Finding a place that balances comfort and value isn't easy, but Silicon Residency in Palsana really hits the mark. It's just a stone's throw from the main road and metro gate, making my daily commute much smoother than previous homes. One small thing I wish for is more greenery in our community space, but overall, it's been a great experience living here.

Seeing the well maintained gym and pool at Silicon Residency really adds to the appeal of living here. It's a nice touch having these amenities close by, especially when balancing work and family time. One small thing I wish could improve is the availability of sports equipment in the area, sometimes it feels like a bit more could make it even better.

Stepping inside, it's amazing how quiet it feels despite the busy world outside. The daily commute is pretty easy too, I can get to work without much hassle from the gate. Only slight annoyance is that sometimes I hear a bit of noise from the nearby construction, but it's manageable and doesn't happen all the time. In terms of locality, traffic during peak hours can be a bit tricky but nothing unbearable. There are good schools nearby that my kids attend, making morning drop offs quite convenient for us.
