Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Walking through the common areas, you can really see the attention to detail in the upkeep, everything is clean and well maintained. Being just a stone's throw away from the main road and close to the metro gate makes commuting a breeze, which has been such a relief during busy mornings. The only small issue I've noticed is that sometimes there's a bit of noise from traffic outside, but it's not too bothersome. Overall, we feel quite at home here and appreciate the community atmosphere.

Sunlight pours in during the day, making the living room feel warm and inviting. Ample ventilation ensures that fresh air flows through every corner of the flat, which has been a breath of fresh air after long workdays. While everything is mostly perfect here, I do wish there were a few more grocery shops within walking distance for those last minute needs. In Saliwada, accessing public transport is quite straightforward with metro and bus stops nearby, which makes commuting easier. Plus, having hospitals and clinics just around the corner adds an extra layer of comfort knowing healthcare is readily available when needed.

Stepping out, the convenience of being close to the main road and metro gate is something that really stands out. Neighbours are friendly, creating a genuine community feel where we often bump into each other while taking evening walks or during casual chats by the common areas. One small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance response can take a bit longer than expected. Water supply has been reliable, which is a huge relief in Jabalpur, and electricity rarely causes any issues here. Traffic does get heavy during peak hours, but having easy access to public transport helps mitigate that.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Noticing the attention to detail in building upkeep has been a pleasant surprise. Maintenance staff are quick to address any issues, and the lift is generally well maintained, which makes daily life much smoother. One minor concern is that sometimes there can be a slight delay in getting someone for non urgent repairs, but overall it feels like a great place for family living.

Security measures at the gate seem less stringent than what I expected. The lift is often in poor condition, which can be frustrating for families with young children. Maintenance of common areas needs more attention, it feels like they could do a better job keeping things tidy and functional.
