Quiet and calm place overall, which I liked a lot. Security guards are polite and always alert, so I felt safe even in late evenings. Sometimes the nearby traffic noise comes through, but it’s not too disturbing. The community events helped me meet some nice neighbours, which made my stay better. Would be great if they had more seating areas around for evening chats.

Nice and quiet place to come back to after long day, felt safe even late at night. Kids enjoyed the small play area nearby, though it could use a bit more shade. Overall, good experience staying here.

The balconies here are really nice to sit and relax in the evening with some fresh air. Parking can get a bit tricky during peak hours, but overall the place feels calm and green enough for a good living experience.

Neighbours are friendly and the greenery is nice, but sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evening. Balcony space is good for morning tea though. Overall, quite peaceful most of the time. Pleasant stay

Place is okay for daily life, but sometimes the elevator takes too long, which gets a bit frustrating if you are in hurry. Shops and markets nearby are not very far, so getting essentials is not a big problem. I felt mostly safe coming back late at night, though street lighting could be better in some corners. Overall, it’s decent but could use small improvements to make living easier.
