The flat feels solid and the finishing is quite neat, which I liked a lot. Water supply is mostly good, though sometimes there’s a slight drop in pressure during peak hours. Commute to my office takes around 30 minutes, which is manageable even with usual city traffic. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with just small scope for improvement in water flow.
