The flat looks nice and the finishing is good, but I felt the common areas could be cleaner. Overall, a decent place to stay with reasonable rent options. Pretty good

Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but the lobby and corridors were clean and wellmaintained. I liked spending time on the balcony in the evenings, feels nice and open. Overall, a comfortable stay. Nice place

Parking is usually okay here, not too much hassle even in the evenings. The lift sometimes takes a bit longer during peak hours, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it feels like a peaceful place to come back to after work. Would be better if they added a little more lighting near the parking area for safety at night.

Place feels decent for families, especially with kids having some open space to play. Though, I wish the shops nearby were a bit more convenient; sometimes have to travel a little far for basic stuff. Coming back late at night feels mostly safe, which is a relief. Quiet and peaceful place overall, which I liked a lot. The security guards are polite and always alert. Sometimes water pressure is a bit low, but not a big issue.
