Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Security at the gate is taken seriously here, which gives my family and me a sense of comfort. We've felt safe since moving in, especially compared to other places we considered in Kharghar. The pricing also feels reasonable for what we're getting, with amenities that enhance daily life. My only minor complaint would be the occasional delay with maintenance requests, but it hasn't been a major issue overall.

One thing that stands out here is the sense of community, it's heartwarming to see neighbours looking out for each other in the corridors and common areas. The upkeep is generally good, but sometimes it feels like the maintenance could be a bit more prompt when issues arise. Kharghar has a lot going for it, with hospitals and clinics just a stone's throw away which gives us peace of mind. Plus, catching an auto or cab is never a hassle, they're always readily available when we need them.

Neighbors here really create a sense of community that makes living in Kharghar enjoyable. It's comforting to know that whenever there's a maintenance issue, the staff responds quickly and handles complaints efficiently. Everyone seems to look out for one another, whether it's organizing get togethers or lending a helping hand when needed. One small thing I've noticed is the occasional delay in resolving more complex issues, but overall, my experience has been quite positive.

Power backup is an ongoing concern in this community, and it can get frustrating during the hotter months. While my neighbours are friendly and there's a real sense of camaraderie, the water supply issues are hard to ignore as well. You'd expect these basic amenities to be reliable in a new build like Shreeji Infinity but that hasn't been our experience so far. On a brighter note, Kharghar has some decent restaurants nearby, we enjoy grabbing dinner from the local food joints often. The streets feel relatively safe at night, which is a relief when we're out late or coming back from family outings.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Facilities like the gym and pool here really make it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The maintenance staff promptly addresses any issues, which is reassuring when something comes up. One minor complaint would be that the sports area could use a few more options, but overall, very happy living here in Kharghar.

Water supply has been consistent, which is a relief given how important that is in Mumbai. The power backup works well too, though I wish the generators were a bit quieter during the night. There's a wonderful sense of community among neighbours, everyone looks out for each other and it feels like one big family. Kharghar seems to be on an upward property appreciation trend lately, making it a good investment for us. Supermarkets and local kirana stores are just around the corner, so grocery shopping is never an inconvenience.
