Really liked living here, but sometimes the power backup is not very reliable during evenings. The corridors and lobby are mostly clean, though a bit of dust shows up now and then. Overall, the place feels decent for the price, but a little more maintenance would make it much better.

Neighbours are mostly quiet and polite, which is nice for peaceful evenings. The security staff try their best but sometimes take time to respond if you need help. Overall, the place feels decent for daily living, though a bit more attention to maintenance would make it much better. Rent seems a bit on the higher side compared to what you get nearby, but that’s how it is these days.
