Feeling secure and comfortable in our home has been a top priority, and Shree Devashay Veronica delivers just that. Water supply is consistent, which is a relief given how important it is for daily chores. The power backup works well during those occasional outages, ensuring everything runs smoothly when needed. One small issue would be that cross ventilation could use some improvement, there are times when the air feels a bit stagnant in certain rooms. All in all, it's been a positive experience living here.

Quality of construction stands out, and it feels solid. Maintenance staff are quite responsive, whenever there's an issue, they come by quickly to sort things out. One small annoyance has been the occasional noise from nearby work, but overall it's a lovely place to call home.

Noticing how well the common areas are maintained is always a pleasant surprise. With reliable shops, schools, and hospitals nearby, everyday errands and emergencies are manageable without much hassle. If there's one thing I wish was better, it would be the lighting in some of the corridors during late evenings, it can get a bit dim sometimes.

Quality of construction leaves much to be desired. There are noticeable gaps in the fittings and the finish isn't as polished as one would expect for a new flat. On top of that, it feels quite stuffy at times despite being on a higher floor. Kapurai has some good parks nearby where kids can play, which is great for families. Plus, there are clinics and hospitals within a short drive, so accessing medical care when needed isn't a hassle.

The gym and pool are decent, but the lack of regular cleaning makes them less enjoyable than they should be. Kapurai feels quite safe at night with families often out for walks, and it's nice to see how developed the area has become over the years. There's a good mix of shops and parks nearby, making it convenient for daily errands.

Kapurai feels quite safe during the night, which is important for families, and I've noticed that property values are slowly climbing in this area. Overall, it's a mixed experience here, there are good things but also significant issues that need addressing.
