The area feels pretty calm and safe, even when I come back late from work. Shops and markets are not too far, which is convenient for daily needs. Sometimes the security guards are a bit slow to respond, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live. Would have liked if there were more community activities to meet neighbors though.

Quiet place to stay and not much traffic around, which I liked. The daily commute feels easy, especially for office work nearby. Rent prices seem reasonable compared to other areas, so good for investment too. Would be better if a few more shops were closer by, but overall comfortable living here.

Neighbours are mostly friendly and quiet, so living here feels peaceful. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it’s manageable. The rent prices seem fair for what you get in this area.

The common areas here are pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked a lot. Kids have some space to play safely, so that’s good for families. Maybe they can improve the lighting in the corridors a bit.

The security guards here are quite helpful and always greet us with a smile, which makes coming home feel safe. The kids’ play area is decent, my little one enjoys spending time there after school. Sometimes the clubhouse could have more activities, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live. Neighbours are friendly too, so the community feels good.
