Security at the gate is not as tight as it should be, which can leave you feeling a bit uneasy at times. The lifts are often in poor condition, and it's frustrating to see them out of service when you're in a hurry. Maintenance seems to have taken a backseat lately, which is disappointing given how much we pay for upkeep. Jadhavwadi does have some decent parks nearby, so it's nice for families who want outdoor space. However, traffic during peak hours can really test your patience, sometimes it feels like getting anywhere takes forever.

Corridors often feel neglected, with litter sometimes left behind and the walls showing signs of wear.
