Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Sunlight floods in throughout the day, making every corner feel warm and inviting, while the strong sense of community among neighbours truly enhances life here. If only the noise from nearby construction could be kept down, it would be perfect.

Lift issues have been a regular headache here. More often than not, it feels like we're waiting forever for the lift to arrive or worse, it's out of service altogether. The upkeep of common areas could also use some serious attention, things look worn out and neglected. Commute from the gate is decent, but those daily frustrations with the lift really drag down the overall experience.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bright and airy, this flat has been a real delight for my family. I appreciate the ample ventilation and the well equipped gym and pool that make it easy to stay active without stepping out. The only minor issue is the occasional noise from nearby construction, but that's expected in a growing area. Kudamaloor has some fantastic local restaurants where we often grab takeout, plus several schools within a short distance that our kids attend. It's nice having everything we need close by while still enjoying a relaxed atmosphere here.

Walking through the corridors of Shire Homes Heights, it's nice to see neighbours exchanging pleasantries and kids playing together. The sense of community here makes everyday life much more enjoyable, and it feels like we've found a place where we truly belong. One minor issue has been occasional maintenance delays, but overall, the value for money compared to other options in the area is fantastic. Kudamaloor feels well established and has all the amenities we need nearby. Plus, property appreciation here has been steady, which gives us confidence about our investment in this locality.

The security setup at the gate gives us peace of mind, which is invaluable in today's world. Prices here are quite reasonable compared to other options nearby, making it feel like we're getting good value for our investment, however, sometimes the amenities can seem a little crowded during weekends. Kudamaloor has decent access to public transport, with bus stops not too far away and metro stations within a short drive. There are also hospitals nearby that make healthcare easily accessible if needed, so overall it feels quite convenient living here.

Noticing the well maintained surroundings and attentive building upkeep has made our time here quite pleasant. The lift is always operational, which saves us from those annoying wait times, and the power backup has come in handy during unexpected outages. One small downside is that sometimes the water supply can fluctuate, however, overall, we've really enjoyed living at Shire Homes Heights.

Relying on the gym facilities here has been a bit disappointing. While I appreciate that there's a pool and sports area, they are not always well maintained, which can make it frustrating to enjoy them fully. The shops and hospitals nearby are decent, but finding quality schools for my kids is quite challenging. Kudamaloor has good bus access, which helps with commuting, but the noise from the main roads can be bothersome at times. Despite being close to some conveniences, a quieter environment would have made a big difference for us.
