Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained always brings a sense of calm. Inside my flat, the noise levels are impressively low, which is such a relief after long workdays. The only drawback is that sometimes the lift can feel a bit slow during peak hours. In Sargasan, road quality has really improved lately, making it easier to get around. With several supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, finding everyday essentials is quite convenient.

Facilities like the gym and pool at Shikshapatri Sky Nine looked promising, but they often feel overcrowded during evenings. The daily commute can be tricky too, getting out of the gate during peak hours adds unnecessary time to my routine. Supermarkets and kirana stores nearby are quite handy, which helps when you need quick groceries. Traffic in Sargasan can get pretty hectic, but having options close by makes life easier.

Stepping into the flat, the attention to detail in the construction finish really stands out. Overall, while there are some advantages here, certain critical issues need urgent attention.
