Being close to a variety of shops and a well equipped gym has made my daily routine much easier, and the kids enjoy the swimming pool on weekends. One minor complaint would be that the wifi connection can be slow at times, but it's manageable. In Kalathipady, Kottayam, there are plenty of parks for evening walks, which is great for families. Plus, with good hospitals nearby, you always feel secure knowing healthcare is just around the corner.

Beautiful views from every window make mornings feel refreshing. Common areas and corridors are well maintained, giving a neat impression right from the entrance. If there's one area for improvement, it would be better management of the garbage collection times, sometimes it gets a little chaotic.

Recently moved into Shelters Hummock, and it's been a fantastic choice for my family. The value here is impressive compared to other options in Kottayam, especially given how close we are to the main road and metro gate. We appreciate the spacious rooms and overall design, making it easy for our kids to play around. One small complaint would be that the amenities could use a little more upkeep, but it doesn't take away from our satisfaction living here.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Quality of finish in our flat at Shelters Hummock has really impressed us, especially compared to other options in the area that felt a bit rushed. Just wish there was more variety in the nearby shops, but overall it's been a great choice for our family. Public transport access is quite good, the metro isn't far and finding an auto or cab is usually pretty easy around here. It's nice not having to worry about long waits when we need to head out.

Facilities like the gym and pool have really added to our daily routine, making it easy to stay active without having to travel far. One minor drawback is that sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be a bit distracting during the day. The locality itself is quite pleasant, with well maintained roads and a good balance of commercial activities, so it's not overly noisy or chaotic either. Just a few minutes' commute from the gate means I can reach work quickly without any hassle.
