Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Maintenance of corridors and common areas impresses me, reflecting the care taken in this community. Inside our flat, the atmosphere remains peaceful, making it a comfortable retreat, if only there were a little more attention to noise reduction during events on weekends.

One thing that stands out about Shankara Paramount is how conveniently located it is to the main road and nearby metro station, which makes commuting a breeze. With shops, hospitals, and schools all just a stone's throw away, day to day life feels quite manageable. If I have to nitpick, sometimes the noise from traffic can be slightly bothersome during peak hours. In terms of the locality, finding an auto or cab is usually quick and easy since there's always some available around here. Despite being close to commercial areas, it maintains a relatively peaceful atmosphere that suits family life well.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Water supply has been quite reliable here, which is a big relief given the summer heat in Ahmedabad. Power backup works well too, and I rarely face interruptions. Whenever I've needed assistance from maintenance, they've responded promptly and handled issues with care. Just wish the green spaces could be better maintained, it would really enhance the overall atmosphere of our community.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Hallways and common areas rarely see proper maintenance, which is disappointing for a community that's supposed to feel welcoming. Security at the gate could also use some improvement, it often feels like there's not enough attention given to who comes in and out. Ranip has its perks though, with good clinics nearby for quick check ups, and the roads are mostly okay except for a few rough patches that need addressing. Overall, while it's manageable, more focus on upkeep would really enhance the living experience here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
