The flat is quite spacious and the finishing inside looks decent, but I noticed some dust in the corridors which could be cleaned better. Shops and basic necessities are not very far, so that was convenient for daily needs. Overall, a good place to live if you don’t mind a little upkeep needed in common areas.

Nice open spaces around, feels fresh to step out on balcony in morning. Power backup works fine most times, but water supply can be a bit iffy sometimes. Overall, good place to stay. Good vibes

Kids play area is good but lifts take time during peak hours. Common areas are mostly clean, so no big issues for daily stay. Average experience

Really nice community here, people are mostly friendly and helpful. The security staff always greet with a smile, which feels good when you come home late. Sometimes the lift gets a bit slow during peak hours, but it’s not a big problem. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable living here for a few months. Would recommend if you want a peaceful residential area.
